The Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau through its blog, All Access Hendricks County, is giving away three sets of four tickets to the 10th Annual Hendricks County Family Night with the Indianapolis Indians.

The 7:05 p.m. game will be Thursday, June 28, and will include many Hendricks County-related surprises as the Indians battle the Toledo Mud Hens, the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers.

For a chance to win the free tickets, visit the All Access Hendricks County blog at www.TourHendricksCounty.com/Blog and click on the “Hendricks County Night with the Indians” post, which will go live Wednesday morning, June 20.

To enter to win, readers need to share their favorite Hendricks County summer activity in the comment section at the bottom of the post by noon Monday, June 25. The drawing will be held that afternoon, and winners will be notified by e-mail.

For those who don’t win the free tickets, Buy One Get One Free certificates are still available for the game at the four area Chambers of Commerce (Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Plainfield), the guest services booth at the Metropolis Mall in Plainfield, the Hendricks County Flyer office in Avon and the Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau office in Danville. Certificates can be exchanged at the Indians Box Office for tickets prior to or on the day of the event. Guests can choose from $10, $11 or $15 seats or can purchase blocks of tickets at a discounted price.

At the game that night, participants can enter to win a prize package that includes four tickets to Splash Island Family Waterpark, Monster Mini Golf and a future Indianapolis Indians game. Visit the Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau booth outside the center field fence near the Main Gate prior to the game to enter to win that prize package or to get more information.

The Hendricks County Convention and Visitors Bureau has partnered with Hendricks Power and the Hendricks County Flyer to sponsor the event. Sen. Pete Miller, who lives in Hendricks County, will sing the national anthem and several activities involving Hendricks County residents will take place during the game. Participants also will have many opportunities to network and socialize with co-workers, neighbors, family and friends.

If you have a group interested in attending the event, please contact Tracy Whetstone at (317) 718-8750 or e-mail Tracy@TourHendricksCounty.com. The businesses in the community are encouraged to contact the HCCVB for information regarding company outings at this event or to distribute Buy One Get One Free coupons to employees and customers at your place of business.
