REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION: Participants meet as a small group for 16 weeks, led by a certified YMCA lifestyle coach.  During the sessions they learn how to make healthier food choices, how to incorporate more physical activity into their daily routine, and how to manage a healthy weight. After the initial sessions, participants meet monthly for added support.  Participants may bring one support person to class sessions.

Accepting new participants until four weeks after first class.  Special offer available for participants with physician referral for this class only – call for details!  YMCA membership not required.  Childcare is available for classes held during regular Child Watch hours.
