At 8:38 a.m., Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Ty Lightle was patrolling southbound on State Road 63 nearPennington Roadin northernVigoCountyand spotted the suspect vehicle northbound on SR 63. The suspect vehicle turned east ontoTrinity Avenueand was stopped by Lightle at the intersection ofTrinity AvenueandHutchinson Street. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
