• Test driving a Ford helps Brownsburg Schools on Saturday

    October 06, 2011 No comments

The Brownsburg Education Foundation (BEF), Bill Estes Brownsburg Ford, and several other local Brownsburg businesses are partnering to help raise more than $12,000 to support the Brownsburg Community School Corporation.

As part of the Ford Motor Company Drive One 4 UR School program, area residents will have an opportunity to raise money for the school’s education foundation by test driving a new Ford vehicle.

The one-day event is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 8 at the Brownsburg High School Senior Academy.

The Ford Motor Company and Bill Estes Ford will donate $25 to the school’s education foundation for anyone age 18 or older who test drives a 2012 vehicle. Only one person per household is eligible.

Additional pledges from local businesses will help BEF’s push toward the goal to raise $12,000.

Proceeds will be used to fund scholarships for graduating BHS students and to provide funds for teacher classroom grants.
