Brownsburg Town Hall is hosting an exhibition of paintings by Brownsburg High School visual arts students through the month of February. On display will be a selection of artwork created while students painted en plein air at the Indianapolis Zoo last fall.

Funding for the project was provided by a grant from the Brownsburg Education Foundation sponsored in part by Bill Estes Brownsburg Ford. Lori Woodcock, Brownsburg High School Visual Arts Department Head, coordinated the show with Town of Brownsburg administration.

Woodcock said, “It is a privilege to live and work in a community that values our youth and supports their artistic endeavors.”

Brownsburg Town Manager Grant Kleinhenz said, “We are so pleased to partner with Brownsburg High School to showcase these original works by our community’s budding artists. We hope that many of the students’ friends and family along with members of the public will stop by Town Hall to support them.”

Paintings will be on display in the Town Hall entry corridor through February 27. Brownsburg Town Hall is located at 61 N. Green Street and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
