• Sanders Career Over? Not So Fast My Friend!

A few words at the end of a blog have Colts fans worried and Colts representatives scratching their heads.

NFL.com’s Micheal Lombardi stated at the end of his blog that , “There is some concern that Bob Sanders might never be able to play football again, with his shoulder and biceps issues,” and, “He reduced his contract but his rehab has been slow.”

The only problem is that neither the Colts nor Sanders agent Tom Condon had any clue as to what Lombardi was talking about.

Condon stated that Sanders contract has not been discussed and there were no new health problems for the Colts safety that he was aware of.

The Colts also stated that there was nothing to the report and the Sanders was expected to be in Anderson Indiana when the Colts open up training camp at or near 100% health wise.

Sanders, who missed 14 games last season with knee and biceps tendon injuries, participated in all offseason organized team activities and the team’s June minicamp.
