Last night’s International League game between the Indianapolis Indians and Rochester Red Wings was postponed due to airline travel problems affecting the Indians.┬áThe game will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader on Saturday, June 18. The first game will start at 1:05 p.m. with the second game slated for 7:05 p.m. Both games will be scheduled for nine innings.

The Indians were scheduled to fly to Rochester Thursday morning but experienced flight delays due to airplane maintenance. Alternate flight options were unavailable to get the team to Rochester in time for Thursday night’s scheduled game.

The Indians and Red Wings will now begin their series in Rochester tonight at 7:05 p.m. LHP Rudy Owens is expected to get the start for Indianapolis, while RHP Andy Baldwin is the probable starter for Rochester.
