July 03, 2010 No commentsThe Indiana Pacers signed first-round pick Paul George to a two-year guaranteed contract Thursday worth $1.9 million next season and $2 million the following. The Pacers have a team option on the third and fourth years. Indiana signed George exactly one week after drafting him 10th in last week’s NBA draft. George, a 6-9 small forward out of Fresno State, completed his first practice during the rookie/free agent camp Thursday and will be headed to Orlando to compete with the Pacers summer league team that will be playing there next week
