• Jacknifed semi closes I-70

    December 15, 2011 No comments

Westbound Interstate 70 near the 60-mile marker in Hendricks County was closed for several hours last night after a semi crash.

A semi jacknifed near U.S. 231, and although there were no serious injuries, it did take several hours for INDOT to clean up the scene. INDOT initially reported a closure near U.S. 231, then moved the closure to the east about 10 miles, at the 51-mile marker, in Morgan County. A few minutes later, though, the closure was moved even farther east, near the 60-mile marker, at Ind. 39, in Hendricks County.
