• Indiana drivers enjoying cheaper gas

    May 14, 2012 No comments

Indiana drivers as paying less for gas as oil prices continue to drop.

According to AAA, the average price of unleaded regular gas in Indiana was $3.70 a gallon Monday, the same as the national average.

Indiana drivers have reported $3.45 gas in Pendleton, $3.56 gas in Indianapolis and $3.63 gas in Franklin and Lafayette.

Oil prices have fallen recently amid concern that global crude demand will grow less than expected this year.

Some analysts said the price slump isn’t being driven by global supply and demand fundamentals, but rather the old market adage about selling assets at the beginning of the summer months.
