    December 13, 2011 No comments

Students at Indiana University are still celebrating the Hoosiers’ upset win over Kentucky Saturday.

The last-second, 73-72 win over the Wildcats put the Hoosiers back into the Top 25 of the Associated Press men’s basketball poll. They are ranked number 18. The ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll places IU at the 20th spot.

It is the first time since the 2007-2008 season that Indiana has been ranked among the top 25.

The Hoosiers are not back in action again until after Finals Week. They will play against Notre Dame on Saturday.

Also, Hoosier forward Christian Watford, who made the buzzer-beating shot, was named this week’s Big Ten player of the Week.
