    June 15, 2012 No comments

The Hendricks County Professional Business Women’s Association (HCPBWA) is accepting exhibitor and sponsor applications for its annual Grow Your Business event. This event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012 at the Hendricks County 4-H Conference Center in Danville. This event is open to any business in Hendricks County and the surrounding counties, including the Indianapolis metro area.

Three levels of sponsorship opportunities are available for purchase until June 30 – gold, silver and bronze.

The gold sponsorship includes the company’s logo and business name in all event advertising – including a full-page program ad; an on-stage acknowledgement; an on-stage banner with business’ name; booth rental; and four name badges for entry into the event. The cost for a gold sponsorship is $300.

The silver sponsorship includes a ½-page program ad; an on-stage mention; a banner with the business’ name placed within the event space; booth rental; and two name badges for entry into the event. The cost for a silver sponsorship is $225.

The bronze sponsorship includes a ¼-page program ad; a banner with the business’ name placed within the event space; booth rental; and two name badges for event entry. The cost for a bronze sponsorship is $150.

Exhibitors can purchase booth space for $65 per booth before June 30. After June 30, booth rental increases to $85 per booth. Each 9 feet by 6 feet booth space includes an 8-foot table with two chairs. Electricity to the booths is $25 per booth with limited availability. Booth rental must be purchased by Aug. 30 for inclusion in the event program.

“The Grow Your Business event provides a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services to our attendees,” says Jennifer McPeak, vice president. “Plus, the money raised from this event enables the Hendricks County Professional Business Women’s Association to fund scholarships for women in the county to further their education in a business-related field.”
