Hendricks County officials investigated a crash involving two tractor trailers on Interstate 70 Sunday.

Dispatchers said the crash happened just before 11:30 a.m. at the 66 mile marker in Hendricks County.

Indiana State Police shut down the eastbound lanes and traffic was detoured to State Road 39 North to U.S. 40 eastbound, so that crews could clean up a fuel spill.

Officials said drivers could access I-70 from State Road 267.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
