Beasley’s Orchard in Danville, Indiana is planning a doggone fun event for pet owners, their pets, and anyone who loves pets! Dog Daze at the Maze, to be held Sunday, October 27th from 12:00pm-6:00pm at Beasley’s Orchard, encourages pet owners to bring their pets along for a final adventure through “Corn Dog”, the 8-acre Corn Maze. Anyone seeking a pet is invited to visit the many rescue groups onsite that day.
The mission of Dog Daze at the Maze is to raise money and gain awareness for local rescue groups as well as to offer a day of fun and good times for pet seekers, pet owners and their pets alike. Beasley’s is donating 50% of the corn maze proceeds from this event to support the efforts of local animal rescue groups and help their missions of rescuing and placing unfortunate local animals with new loving homes.
During this event Beasley’s will be hosting several fun games and activities including a pet costume and owner/pet look-a-like contest! You will also enjoy at this event delicious food, rescue group and vendor booths, Kids’ Activities with Inflatables and Face Painting and the last day to head out on a Hayride!
This year’s corn maze theme is “Corn Dog”. The design is in the shape of a dachshund dog with a heart over his midsection and the words underneath him displaying the thought-invoking question, “Who Rescues Who?” The maze takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete as you make your way through the 4 miles of twists and turns.
