Danville 45, Northview 35 – Girls High School Basketball
January 19, 2012 No commentsFor the first 24 minutes last night in Danville’s game against visiting Northview, the Lady Warriors and Knights battled their way back and forth trading the lead on several occasions only to find themselves tied at 31 entering the fourth and final quarter.
Danville shut down the Knights in the fourth quarter outscoring Northview 14-4 to pick up the win 45-35.
Allie Lake scored a game high 17 points for Danville (3-14) with Morgan Bear chipping in with 10 points.
Abbey Timberman led Northview (0-14) with 16 points and teammate Cassie Weddle had 10 points.
Danville plays their final road game of the regular season when they visit the ninth ranked Western Boone on Friday. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
