Convenience store clerk shot in head at north side Village Pantry
October 21, 2011 No commentsA clerk at a convenience store on the north side of Indianapolis was shot in the head very early Friday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials said that the incident happened at about 12:15 a.m. this morning at a Village Pantry at 86th Street and Ditch Road.
The clerk was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in serious condition. The investigation was ongoing, and robbery investigators had been called to the scene.
