Colts Lose Safety Bullitt For Season
October 05, 2010 No commentsThe Indianapolis Colts depleted secondary will be without safety Melvin Bullitt for the rest of the season.
Bullitt broke a bone in his right shoulder Sunday against Jacksonville according to an ESPN.com report citing an NFL source.
Bullitt replaced Bob Sanders, who has a biceps injury that is expected to keep him off the field for the rest of the regular season.
The Colts at 2-2 are also 0-2 in the AFC South for the first time since it began in 2002.
Next up for the Colts is the NFL’s last unbeaten team the Kansas City Chiefs at 3-0 at Lucas Oil Stadium Sunday afternoon. The Chiefs are coming off a bye.
