• Bulldog JV Football Remains Undefeated

    September 01, 2010 No comments

The Brownsburg JV football team continued their undefeated season with a 22 – 6 victory over Noblesville.  The defensive backs stepped up big, with Cooper Wojcik shutting down Noblesville’s best wide receiver and getting an interception and Zach Gracey getting crucial knock downs.  Up front Quintin Stubbs-Lee dominated the line of scrimmage while Connor Ludwig and Jake McFarland were making stops all over the field.  Offensively, Ian Good made plays all over the field scoring two touch downs and a two-point conversion.  Ryan Cossette also scored a touch down with Connor Ludwig adding a two-point conversion.  The Dogs were able to hold on to a late lead grinding down the clock by running behind Brian Isch, Ben Dall, Billy Brown,  Timmy Wells, Perry Gaines, Ben Slawta, and Ellis Evans.

In what proved to be a hard fought battle, the Freshmen Football team lost to Noblesville Monday night 14-7.  The team is home on Tuesday, September 7 against Hamilton Southeastern!
