• Brownsburg Moves Forward on Murphy Meadows Project

    September 10, 2010 No comments

At last nights Brownsburg Town Council meeting, Council members have decided to move ahead on the Murphy Meadows street and sidewalk rebuild. Town Manager Dale Cheatham reminded the Council that the estimated cost of the rebuild will be about 3.75 million dollars. The cost to the town will mean several other projects will likely be put on the back burner for now. Murphy Meadows residents attending the meeting were happy with the progress made. When asked by Town Council if they were ready for the disruption that will take place during the reconstruction, residents replied “Let’s get it done”.  This and more items discussed during the meeting will be discussed on tomorrow’s edition of “Plain Speaking” with Matt Bowles on XRB Radio at 10am.
