• BPRD to offer Movies on the Front Lawn series

    July 15, 2011 No comments

Warm summer nights mean Friday night movies and fun evenings with family. For Brownsburg residents, it means taking advantage of the Brownsburg Parks and Recreation Department’s unique twist on movies with the family.

On select Fridays for the remainder of the season, the Brownsburg Parks and Recreation Department will bring movies to the front lawn of Brownsburg Town Hall. Admission to the movie nights is free and families are welcome to bring chairs and/or blankets to enjoy the films. Children age 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Brownsburg families can catch three separate movies through July, August and September. Each film is rated PG and begins at dusk. The line-up of movies is as follows:

    July 22: “Open Season 3”

    August 12: “The Last Airbender”

    September 2: “The Perfect Game”

Brownsburg Town Hall is located at 61 North Green Street. Check www.brownsburgparks.com for details about movie nights and many more programs offered by the Brownsburg Parks and Recreation Department.
