Brownsburg area projects will continue to force residents to find alternate travel routes.

State Road 267 will be closed to through traffic on weekdays between Highway 136 and Thornleigh while the Town replaces old drinking water pipes and sanitary sewers. Lane closures and traffic delays can also be expected from 136 north to 56th Street until the project is complete at the end of September. For the remainder of the month, through traffic should use the Northfield Drive East to CR 400/Airport Road detour.

Grant Street is closed to through traffic from 56th street south to 136 for the north side drainage project. Residents should expect the Grant Street intersections at Enderly, Rodney, Douglas, and East Trevor to be closed at times through the project and plan to enter the Murphy Meadows area neighborhoods from the east.

Hendricks County will close the intersection of Hornaday Road and CR 300N between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily through September 28 for drainage improvements. No overnight closures are anticipated.
